SHIPPING POLICY (TRIBAL REMEDY)

1) Order Processing
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a material delay, we may notify you.
Order confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Processing times may be extended due to high order volume or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, or governmental actions.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We use reputable carriers. Transit times begin once the package is handed to the carrier (not when the order is placed).
Typical estimates (not guaranteed):

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days in transit

Standard Shipping (International): 7–14 business days in transit

Expedited Shipping (when offered): 1–3 business days in transit
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, carrier issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Tribal Remedy is not responsible for delays caused by such events. Orders may not be canceled or refunded solely because of shipping delays arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control; however, nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
3) Tracking
When available, tracking information is provided once your order ships.
4) International Orders (Duties, VAT, Customs)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing timelines vary by country and are outside our control.
5) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, and file a claim/report when applicable.

If tracking shows the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery, but we will assist with documentation and claims where possible. Reshipments or refunds (if any) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7) International Availability
We ship internationally; however, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier restrictions, regulatory limitations, or service availability. If we cannot fulfill an international order, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid for unshipped items.
